Saturday Sessions (5-8 years)

Our Saturday session dedicated to 5-8 years olds

Further developing hand eye coordination and gross motor skills but now also implementing general skills in sport.

In these session the kids will be playing different sports using their hands, their feet and equipment as an extension of themslelves (rackets, bats etc).
